Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CashHook, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

CashHook provides keyword analysis for short-video creators. Results include a profit score, revenue estimates, sponsorship ranges, and top video data. All revenue and earnings figures are directional estimates only and are not guaranteed earnings. Actual revenue depends on many factors outside our control including creator audience, platform algorithm changes, and market conditions. You should not make financial decisions based solely on CashHook estimates.

3. Credits and billing

Each keyword analysis costs one credit. Free Trial accounts receive 15 credits as a one-time grant at signup; a payment method is required at signup and there is no charge on the free plan. Paid subscriptions (Creator Pro $19/mo, Agency Pro $49/mo) include a credit allowance that resets at each billing cycle renewal. Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle. Credits are charged only for successful analyses; if both data sources fail, your credit is automatically refunded.

4. Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access and credits until that date. Cancellation does not delete your account or data — use the account deletion option on the subscription page for that.

5. Refunds

Credits are refunded automatically if a search fails (both data providers are unavailable). Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@cashhook.io within 30 days of the charge. We will review all requests.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the free tier.
• Use automated scripts to submit bulk keyword queries beyond the published rate limits.
• Resell or redistribute CashHook data or reports without written permission.
• Misrepresent CashHook estimates as guaranteed income figures to third parties.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The CashHook brand, scoring model, and software are our property. Keyword reports you generate with your credits are yours to use for your own content research. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the reports or underlying data at scale without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

CashHook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Revenue and earnings estimates are directional only and not guarantees of income. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CashHook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any estimates or recommendations it provides. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights including the right to export and delete your data. By using the service you agree to those practices.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CashHook operates. The governing jurisdiction and legal entity name will be published here before the service launches publicly. Questions in the meantime: support@cashhook.io.
